This workshop is offered in two formats: in-class and live streamed. Whether you join in person or online, you will be able to participate in all of the program activities, including:


Lecture: learn key concepts of Ayurveda, plus understand Menopause from Ayurveda's lens


Bodytyping Activity: fill out a short questionnaire to sample the concept of bodytyping in Aurveda hands-on


Herbal Tea Preparation: learn step-by-step how to create appropriate teas for different body constitutions


Interactive Q&A: ask specific questions and share relevant personal experiences
