Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner (AWP)

Share

The Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner certificate can be a great benefit for licensed professional nurses, naturopaths, colonic therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, nutritionists, or anyone who is dedicated to improving health.

At the AWP level, you can be confident that you will have the background necessary to be truly affective when you apply Ayurvedic wisdom in your practice. Efforts are currently underway to meet the demand to have Ayurveda be accepted in the West as a recognized, licensed, alternative health science.

The addition of the Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner's certification will distinguish your practice. It will provide you with a whole new set of tools to aid in understanding your client’s issues, and an effective, non-invasive, integrated system with which to bring about healing.

While the classes were fantastic… the internship allowed me to put this information into action…Spending this time with many different clients allowed me to expand my knowledge of diet, lifestyle, herbs and exercise and how they affect each individual differently. This knowledge will stick with me my whole life. ~SS
