My experience at the Academy has been nothing short of wonderful in each and every regard. In conversation related to KAA, I repeatedly find myself using the same adjectives… educational, enjoyable, practical and indispensable. Over the past year and a half, I have sincerely enjoyed not only learning the philosophy and practice of Ayurveda, but also witnessing firsthand its benefits as I began applying that, which I learned in school. As this practice progressed, I watched my relationship with family; friends and myself blossom to levels I never could have imagined. KAA has taught me that Ayurveda is truly a way of life, a balanced life and a better life.
