The Key to Balanced Metabolism, Hormones & Energy

with Dr. (Vaidya) Jayarajan Kodikannath

Kerala Ayurveda USA Director

Learn from an Ayurvedic master the holistic perspective from traditional Indian medicine on hormonal health. The stresses of modern living and many lifestyle factors contribute to imbalances of metabolic, sexual and energy hormones. These imbalances manifest in the mind-body-systems as common diseases such as chronic low energy or fatigue, metabolic disorders including diabetes, obesity, sexual disorders and infertility.

Based on the root knowledge of Ayurveda, all the hormones in our system are working together as a harmonious system, influencing one another. Incorporating Ayurvedic principles in diet, exercise, lifestyle and supplements can naturally restore the healthy hormone balance.

In this free talk you'll be introduced to:

  • The Ayurvedic concept on hormones
  • The connection between hormones, metabolic and reproductive health
  • Lifestyle tips for improved digestion, energy and balanced hormones
