In this workshop, be introduced to the traditional Indian system of healing and learn how you can start implementing its wisdom in your daily life. By focusing on prevention and lifestyle, Ayurveda’s holistic solutions empower you to improve your own health through simple and effective tools such as diet, herbs, sleep and daily practices.


Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath (BAMS, BSc), an experienced Ayurvedic clinician and educator will introduce you to the basics of Ayurveda - Yoga’s sister science. With an authentic foundation of essential Ayurvedic philosophy, you’ll then learn the Ayurvedic perspective on the unique imbalances women face in our modern world. To support your healing journey, Dr. Jayarajan will guide you through a self-assessment process in an interactive group activity to determine your unique constitution and imbalances. We’ll then conclude the session with take-home tips for your unique needs and a rejuvenating meditation and breathing practice.

About the Instructor


Dr. (Vaidya) Jayarajan Kodikannath (BSc, BAMS) is the Vice President and Academy Director of Kerala Ayurveda USA. He is an experienced Ayurveda scholar and clinician with a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He is also a leader trainer for domain experts in Ayurveda with rich experience in creating Ayurvedic programs internationally. He headed the Ayurveda Expert team in new research project development at Kerala Ayurveda on Efficacy, Safety and Standardization of Ayurvedic Wellness solutions. He is an Expert Curriculum Committee member at Bastyr University, Seattle for Masters in Ayurveda and a Board Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
